1. SHIPPING SERVICE

We partner with trusted courier services and our own dedicated delivery fleet (Speed Spare Express) to ensure your parts arrive safely and promptly.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your pincode. Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 1-3 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 3-7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Heavy Items: Large or heavy items (e.g., engines, gearboxes, body panels) may attract a handling surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

4. TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with the tracking details. You can also track your order status in real-time:

  • Go to the "My Orders" section in your account.
  • Select your active order to view the tracking status.
  • Visit the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

5. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
