- Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customized, special-order, or non-standard spare parts are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
1.2 Cancellation by Speed Spare
Speed Spare reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in the following cases:
- Product unavailability or stock mismatch
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Operational, logistical, or technical issues
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A product shall be eligible for return only if:
