3. 💳 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay including:

    • UPI

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.

  • We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

4. 🚚 Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on location and availability.

  • In case of delay or unavailability, you will be notified promptly.

  • Orders are delivered by verified logistics or in-house delivery partners.

5. ❌ Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order within 15 minutes of placement if it has not been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Speed Spare reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, delivery issues, or fraud suspicion. Refunds will be processed promptly via Razorpay.

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours for wrong, damaged, or defective products.

  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days after verification.
