
Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 minutes without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 15 minutes from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 1 day from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery only if:
You received a wrong product (wrong part, size, or model)
The item is physically damaged or defective
The product is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
You received a duplicate or extra item unintentionally
The product is not compatible with the vehicle due to a listing error (verified by our support team)
📦 Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging, labels, and invoice
Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide photo/video proof of the issue
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items that have been installed or used
Electrical parts if seal is broken or wires cut
Customized or special-order spare parts
Returns initiated after 48 hours of delivery
Returning Goods
You will receive a confirmation via email or app notification once your return is approved.
Return ID and pickup instructions (or return address) will be shared.
Prepare the Product for Return
Pack the item in its original box/packaging.
Include all items that came with it (manuals, accessories, warranty card, etc.).
Attach the original invoice or a copy inside the package.
Seal and Secure the Package
Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
We are not responsible for products damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
Pickup or Drop-off
If return pickup is available in your area, our delivery partner will collect the item within 2–5 business days.
If pickup is not available, you will be provided with a return address where you can ship the item using a trusted courier service.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered), the customer bears the shipping charges.
