At Speed Spare, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and fast — just like our deliveries.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

You can cancel your order if:

  • The order is still in the processing stage (within 15 minutes of placing the order).

  • The order has not yet been dispatched or assigned to a delivery partner.

How to Cancel:

  • Via App or Website: Go to My Orders > Select the Order > Tap on Cancel

  • Via Support: Contact us at support@speedspare.com with your Order ID

When Cancellation is NOT Allowed:

  • Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery

  • For custom or special-order spare parts

  • Orders placed during offers, discounts, or flash sales

🔁 Refund After Cancellation:

  • If the order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline: 5–7 business days

⚙️ Speed Spare-Initiated Cancellations:

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Delivery is not serviceable at your location

  • There is a payment or verification issue

  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious

You will be notified via email or SMS, and any paid amount will be refunded immediately.
