At Speed Spare, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and fast — just like our deliveries.
✅ Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
You can cancel your order if:
The order is still in the processing stage (within 15 minutes of placing the order).
The order has not yet been dispatched or assigned to a delivery partner.
How to Cancel:
Via App or Website: Go to My Orders > Select the Order > Tap on Cancel
Via Support: Contact us at support@speedspare.com with your Order ID
❌ When Cancellation is NOT Allowed:
Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery
For custom or special-order spare parts
Orders placed during offers, discounts, or flash sales
🔁 Refund After Cancellation:
If the order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
⚙️ Speed Spare-Initiated Cancellations:
We may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or unavailable
Delivery is not serviceable at your location
There is a payment or verification issue
The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
You will be notified via email or SMS, and any paid amount will be refunded immediately.
